Message: This company is the best! I cannot say enough kind words to express my gratitude. They answer and return calls in a timely manner, then go above and beyond to provide great, friendly service. The service manager came to our house the day before Christmas eve on a last minute call from us to repair our heat in the cold and rain. He got the heat working right away and then listened to our ongoing problems with the heater going out each winter even after several repairs by other companies through our home warranty. After our conversation he then said he would double check and assess our heating system further, which took much more work and time on his part in poor weather no less, but he eventually found the problem and showed us what it was. Overall, the group of people at Dave's is great and I just want them and all future customers to know it! Happy Holidays!

Message: My a/c wouldn't go on last Friday. I called Dave's H&A/C and they worked me in THAT DAY. Michael worked on my a/c unit and was the best tech: he explained what was wrong in layman's terms, replaced the quick start and the capacitor. He also hosed and cleaned the condenser coils. He told me that my a/c was working at 22 amps and that after he replaced those 2 parts, it will now work at 17 amps. I am so happy and relieved that my a/c will last another year (it is a 1984 3. 5 ton Carrier and has worked great) except for a few times during the past 37 years. Michael is very skilled, knowledgeable, professional and repaired my a/c so that it uses less electricity. What's not to love about that? I give Dave's Heating and Air Conditioning an A+!
